1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel an order, please log into your account and visit the “My Orders” section
or contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Minimox reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability,
quality control issues, or any suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.


2. Returns & Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.


Return Window:
You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of your order being delivered.

The 7-day period begins on the day the order is marked as delivered by our courier partner.

 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unused Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

No Damage: The item should not be stained, torn, or damaged in any way.

No Alterations: The item must not have been washed or altered.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Return & Exchange Process:

Initiate a Request: To start a return or exchange, please visit the “My Orders” section on our website

Provide Information: We may ask for a photograph of the product to assess its condition and a brief reason for the return.

Reverse Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your provided address.

Quality Check: After receiving the returned item at our warehouse, our quality team will conduct a thorough inspection. This process can take up to 48 hours.

 

Refund/Exchange:

For Refunds: If the item passes the quality check, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

For Exchanges: If the item passes the quality check, we will ship the new, exchanged item to you.
This process is subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of
the item and its packaging. We will investigate the issue and offer a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred by you.
